Who We Are
Surrey Choices was launched in August 2014 as a Local Authority Trading Company (LATC), wholly owned by Surrey County Council. We pride ourselves on working in partnership to offer a wide-range of adult social care services, particularly focusing on disabled, autistic, and neurodiverse individuals in Surrey and its surrounding areas. Our LATC status gives us the flexibility to meet peoples’ diverse wants and needs while contributing long-term social and economic value to the community.

Who We’re Looking For
We want someone with a commercial and entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven track record in delivering locally relevant services within a focused, commercial, traded-services setting. Experience in local government and complex governance will be advantageous. Above all, you should have a genuine ability to forge robust partnerships and alliances, aiming for sector-wide outcomes. We provide authentic leadership to our team and contribute collaboratively to our long-term commercial and social objectives.
